Linda (Palo) McConville
Linda (Palo) McConville, 79 of Holden, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg, Missouri. She was born Sunday January 6, 1946, in Harrisonville, Missouri, to the late Isaac Arvid Palo and the late Hazel Ellen (Barnard) Palo.
Linda grew up in Harrisonville, Missouri and was a 1964 graduate of Harrisonville High School.
Linda married Ernest “Bob” McConville on February 8, 1975, and together they had two sons Clayton and Jason McConville.
Linda was in the house cleaning business for several years and took pride in the work that she had done.
She had an adventurous spirit and lived in three different states during her lifetime: Colorado, Hawaii and Missouri. Also living in different cities: St. Louis, Harrisonville, Raytown and ended up in Holden Missouri.
Linda was also an artist; she had a love for horses and would use them as inspiration for her paintings and drawings. Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She will be missed, but the memories of her beautiful personality will live on in the hearts of all her family and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac Arvid Palo and Hazel Ellen (Barnard) Palo; brothers, George William Palo, Arvid Eugene Palo and Robert Dean Palo; sisters, Joyce Palo Stewart, Norma Palo Johnson and Dorris Palo Carter.
Surviving are two sons, Clayton McConville and wife Jessica of Raytown Missouri and Jason McConville and wife Hilary of Holden, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Brandon Reitz, Tryston McConville, Dalson McConville, Serenity Arndt, Jorden Hobbs, Michaela Kuhns, and Kayne Totten; one great grandchild, Grayson McConville.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 2:30 pm at the Campbell-Cast Funeral Home at 407 S. Pine St. Holden, Missouri with Pastor Michael Wakeman officiating.
