Holden Baseball Players Receive Postseason Honors
Garrett Smith 1st Team: All-MRVC-East, All-District IF/P, Academic All-MRVC-East
Six Holden Eagles baseball players have received postseason recognition for their play on the field from this past season.
A total of 11 players have been recognized as all-conference academic performers.
All-Conference
Senior Garrett Smith and junior Aiden Morarity have been named as All-MRVC-East First Team players.
Freshmen Cohen Drake and Wes Brown have been named as All-MRVC-East Second Team players.
Senior Carson Gard and sophomore Kale Tryon have been named as All-MRVC-East Honorable Mention selections.
Holden baseball players receiving Academic All-MRVC-East recognition for their work in the classroom this season include seniors Garrett Smith and Bryce Faust, juniors Aiden Morarity, Lane Siemer, and Isaac Bell; sophomores Kale Tryon and Tyler Barker; and freshmen Cohen Drake, Wes Brown, Justin Brown, and Drake Gard.
All-District
Senior Garrett Smith, junior Aiden Morarity, and freshman Cohen Drake have been named to the Class 3, District 14 All-District Baseball Team. All three players received the honor as infielders/pitchers.
