Cleora Florence Fox
Cleora was born June 29, 1934 at home in Centerview, Missouri the daughter of Cleo L. and Rose E. (Hill) Shaw.
She graduated from College High in Warrensburg, Class of 52.
She was united in marriage to Earl Dean Fox on August 2, 1952 in Arkansas. Cleora had worked at Unifem in Warrensburg and the Holden Grocery Store. She also helped her husband with their farm over the years. She was a member of the Red Hat Club and Holden United Methodist Church. Cleora also loved cooking.
Survivors include three brothers: Ron Shaw (Wilma) and Herbert Shaw (Shirley) all of Centerview, MO and Robert Shaw (Jo) of Lee’s Summit, MO; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl and her sister and husband, Melva Rose and Calvin Wright.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 1, at Holden United Methodist Church with Rev. L. David Mortenson officiating.
Interment will follow at the Centerview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends, one hour prior to service, Thursday at the church.
