Carla Jean Henry

Carla Jean Henry, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Columbia University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.

Carla was born Tuesday, September 19, 1961, to Levert “Dale” Page and Nita Louise Higgins-Page in Warrensburg, Missouri.

She grew up in Holden and attended and graduated from Holden High School.

Not long after graduation she married the love of her life, Charles Ray Henry.

The couple blessed their home with three boys. Carla worked for Walmart as a Department Manager and retired after 27 years.

She had an absolute love for playing Bingo, scratch-offs, Missouri Lottery, and never missed the opportunity to do any of them.

Carla was a loving and caring woman, who will be greatly missed by her friends and family.

Surviving her passing are her husband, Charles, of the home; sons, Charles Michael Henry of Holden, Missouri, Johnny Dale Henry of Shelbyville, Indiana, and Calvin Lee Henry of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; sister, Paula McBride (John) of Holden, Missouri.

Carla is preceded in death by her parents Dale and Nita Page; and brother Michael Dale Page.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022, at 11AM at Campbell-Cast Funeral Home in Holden, Missouri.

Pastor Michael Wakeman will be officiating.
