The Annual Holden Holiday Lighted Parade, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, will be held this Saturday, November 27.

The parade is the culmination of a day full of events and contests for Customer Appreciation Day and Shop Small Saturday.

Line-up begins at 5 p.m. and participants must pre-register by November 25. Judging takes place between 5 and 5:30 p.m. Entry forms are available on the Chamber website and on their Facebook page. Parade begins at 6 p.m.

All groups, businesses, churches, organizations and individuals are welcome to enter. Floats, UTVs, bicycles, and lighted vehicles are welcome to sign up.
This year the parade route will begin at city hall on 3rd St., leaving 3rd and heading south on Market St. to 9th St., turning onto 9th and traveling to Main St., then going north, back to the downtown area. Maps are available on the Chamber Facebook page.

Chamber organizers are asking that participants do not throw candy or treats from their floats, etc., as it will be dark and safety is a concern. Please do not have walkers, all entries should be lighted and may have riders.

Line-up will be on 3rd St., from the corner of 3rd and Market Streets to the corner of 3rd and Main St. Floats/entries will be facing west.
