Area Churches Providing Free Thanksgiving Dinners

It’s that time of year once again! Thanksgiving is nearly here and local churches will be providing free Thanksgiving dinners. The Holden Community of Christ Church, along with help from the Presbyterian and First Christian churches will again prepare dinner on Thanksgiving Day. Dinners will be delivered to your home or may be picked up at the Community of Christ Church, located at 4th and Pine Street. Due to the pandemic, there will be no dine-in this year. To sign up, please call the Holden Senior Center at 732-5757 or 732-5822. Please leave your name, address, a phone number where you can be reached, and the number of meals needed. Deliveries and pick-ups will begin about 11:30 a.m. Wishing you a safe and happy Thanksgiving Day!
