KAREN LEE MARTIN
Karen Lee Martin was born August 3, 1954 in Raytown, MO.
She joined Jesus on July 18, 2021, at her home in Holden.
Karen was unwavering and uncompromising in her faith in the Lord.
She loved to remodel homes, quilt and spend time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Karen was preceded in death by her paternal father, Don Hulbert; stepfather, Dick Simons; extended family; daughter, Ashlee Martin Kendrick; and great-granddaughter, Lilly Schultz.
She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Dean Martin; mother, Mayda Simons; sister, Kathy Kutzli; and brother, Michael A. Hulbert; son, Micheal Paul Hardiman and wife Jill, their children, Deeken Hardiman and wife Taylor, Micheal V. Hardiman and wife Jessye, Austine Hardiman and wife Chyenne, RJ Thorpe, Andrew Thorpe, Lori Barry; grandchildren, Aden, Kingsley, Kaylee, Braylon, EJ, Mason, Michael, and AJ; daughter, Teresa Kubik and husband Jason, their children, Rhyan, Rory and Reese; daughter, Ruth Ann Schulz and husband Tony, their children, Luke and JJ; extended family; daughter, Jennifer Milligan and husband Dave, their children, Jonathan, Canyon and Sierra; son, Wes Martin and wife Amie, their children, Lilly, Sophie, Samuel, Bianca and Stella; nephews, Chris Kuztli and wife Gayla; and John Kutzli and wife Kristen and their families; brother-in-law, Dan Martin and wife Sharon and family; sister-in-law, Judy Keith and family.
Karen donated her body to KU Medical Research.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the JC Cowboy Church, 124 NW 251 Rd., Warrensburg, MO. Visitation is at 12:30 p.m.; service is at 2 p.m.
