A night to honor all retired and active duty military personnel will be held this Friday, July 9 (tomorrow) at the Hallar Building.
The evening will include dinner and drinks as a way to honor those serving or who have served in the military and their families. Those attending will enjoy a menu of brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, cheesy potatoes and delicious desserts.
The dinner will honor all veterans and active duty military and is from 6-8 p.m. at the Hallar Building.
Families of active-duty personnel or vets attending are also welcome.
The evening is sponsored by New Life Fellowship, Forward Community Church and the Holden United Methodist Church.
Organizers say it is a way to say “thank you for your service” to all active duty personnel and veterans.
