STEVEN ERIC FRAZIER, JR.

We are proud to announce that on September 11, 2020 Steven Eric Frazier, Jr. “Bubba,” of Holden, Missouri, received his wings, much earlier than expected.

He discovered his life purpose and completed his mission in 32 years.

Uncle Bubba loved every race, nation, culture and religion.

He spent most of his life studying the history of the world.

He loved sharing his knowledge and beliefs with anyone who wanted to learn.

Because of his love for culinary arts, Steve decided later in life that he would travel and learn different culinary traditions around the world.

He worked in several different restaurants, bars and diners from Kansas City to Texas.

His experiences in the U.S. made him wonder how much different food would taste if he went one step further in his studies.

Uncle Bubba always loved South America, so he traveled to Argentina with a thirst for knowledge and a notebook.

He always traveled with a small bag, only big enough to carry a few items.

He never spent time investing in material things.

After a long stay in Argentina, he decided to come home for a year.

He worked at Stahl’s just long enough to save up and move out of the States forever.

He chose Guatemala as his new place to call home.

Uncle Bubba spent the last year of his life, LIVING – he knew the definition of LIVING your BEST life and he did just that.

He lived life to the fullest and he always encouraged others to do the same.

Although he did not identify himself as being a prophet, if you look up the characteristics and qualities of a prophet you will find the true definition of Steven Eric Frazier, Jr.

Uncle Bubba was a visionary, a teacher, an inspiration, a true friend, a wonderful son, and an amazing brother.

Even though he was the youngest of his siblings, he always treated his three sisters as if they were all younger than he was.

Uncle Bubba will be greatly missed by many. We will miss his contagious laugh and his awesome smile. He will never be forgotten, and he will live on in our hearts forever.

He is survived by his parents, Steven Sr. and Glenda Frazier; sisters, Stephanie Frazier, Tierra Frazier, and Erica Poe (Trevor); nieces, Deja Hutchings, Savannah Poe and Justice Barker; nephews, Quintyn Poe, Landon Poe and Malachi Poe; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins Bubba’s beloved dog – Meech Bubba Frazier, March 3, 2017-October 4, 2020.

A memorial in honor of Steven will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Elysian Fields Event Space (858 NW Hwy Z, Bates City, MO).

Out of love and respect for each other, please wear a face mask to the memorial. Online condolences may be left at www.castfuneralhome.com.
