Free Advanced Care Directive Event Offered
Care Conections for Aging Services announces a Five Wishes Advance Care planning event.
It will be held on Wednesday, July 22 at 1 p.m. online using Zoom or by telephone.
The event is offered free of charge but registration is required. You may join on your computer, smartphone, or via telephone if you don’t use a computer.

You will have an opportunity to learn about the “Five Wishes” advance healthcare directive and “I Have Put My House in Order,” a fill-in-the-blank booklet that provides essential information about one’s home, family, estate planning, funeral plans, finances, and life insurance. Copies are free by request.
