Personnel Issues Addressed by R-III Board

 

In executive session at the May 11 Holden R-III School Board meeting, board members addressed and approved personnel issues.

They accepted and approved the following resignations: Maura Butler, H.S. ag teacher, FFA sponsor, and trapshooting sponsor, effective at the end of her 2019-20 contract.

Other resignations approved were: Ginger Jones, H.S. principal, effective end of the 2019-20 contract; Emily Hedrick, H.S. science teacher, effective at the end of the 2019-20 contract; Amy Fennewald, extra duties – M.S. Math Relays, M.S. NHS sponsor, effective at the end of the 2019-20 contract; and Allison Corwin, extra duty – senior class sponsor, effective at the end of  the 2019-20 contract.

In other personnel action, the board approved  the following internal transfers: Jane Haun, from M.S./H.S. ag teacher to H.S. ag teacher; Spencer Gudde, from H.S. math to H.S. math and Activities Director; and Joe Parkhurst, transferring from H.S assistant principal to H.S. principal.

New employments approved by the board  for school year 2020-21 are: Melissa Kackley, H.S. counselor; Jeff Smith, H.S. science; Emily Torrey, M.S./H.S. ag teacher; and Cindy Woutzke, elementary teacher.
