Local Voters Go To The Polls Aug. 6 To Determine City, School Issues
Voters in the upcoming August 6 election in Holden will determine two major issues involving 1) the City and 2) the Holden R-III School District.
Both failed passage earlier in the year when the former lacked passage by two votes and the latter, which requires a 4/7ths majority, by approximately 2 percent.
Since that time, both entities have taken action to better clarify what passage of their propositions would mean.
