Holden Resident Awarded 35-Year Membership Of MOSSAR

Sam Raber, a Holden resident, was awarded the 35-year Membership Lapel Pin and Certificate at the Dec. 9, 2023, meeting of the Martin Warren Chapter, Missouri Society, Sons of the American Revolution (MOSSAR). Sam’s wife, Doris Raber, assisted with the award ceremony.

Compatriot Raber is a charter member of the Martin Warren Chapter, Missouri Society, Sons of the American Revolution. Sam served as Chapter Registrar in 2014 and 2015, and as Vice-President in 2016. Sam has served as Sergeant-at-Arms. Compatriot Raber has received the 30-year Membership Medal and Certificate, and he was presented with the SAR War Service Medal and Certificate and the SAR Purple Heart.

During the 35th Anniversary Year, the Martin Warren Chapter is honored to present the 35-year Membership Certificate and lapel pin to Sam W. Raber.

The Martin Warren Chapter meets at 10:30 a.m. at the Rise Café in Warrensburg on the third Saturday of the month, except in December on the second Saturday.
