Tractor Cruise Coming This Week, August 5
The 11th annual Tractor Cruise sponsored by the Kingsville Recreation Club – Kingsville Area Residents Exceptional Services (KARES) program, is finally here!
This coming Saturday, Aug. 5, here will be a tractor show at the Kingsville City Park following the 20-mile cruise.
This event is held in memory of Bryan Simms and the proceeds benefit the Memorial Academic Scholarship Fund which is awarded annually to a Kingsville High School Senior. This community activity is open to all tractor makes, models, and years for those wishing to participate in the cruise and/or the show. Don’t have a tractor? That’s no problem, we gladly welcome new volunteers, observers, and all donations!
Participants have the option of cruising and/or showing their tractors. The cruise portion of our event will consist of a 20-mile drive through and around the Holden and Kingsville city limits and country sides. At the end of the cruise, all can gather for the tractor show from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm at the Kingsville City Park located on HWY 58. We welcome the public to come look at the tractors and visit with the owners.
We hope to see you all there!
