Street Fair Has Begun

The annual Holden Street Fair has begun!
Sunday the candidates for the Miss Holden, Junior Miss Holden Youth Miss Holden and Little Miss and Little Mr. Holden were judged. The crowning of the winners will take place at the grandstand tonight (Thursday) August 25 starting at 6:30 p.m.
But, there is a lot more in store for the Fair this year.
At 8:00 a.m. that same morning, Window Display judging for area businesses will take place.
Then, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., judging of Ag, Art, Flower and Home E Shows – (CAC CLOSED TO PUBLIC).
Later, from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m., Ag. Art, Flower and Home Ec. entries will be open for public viewing.
At 6:00 p.m., the National Anthem and presentation of colors – will take place at the Grandstand and will be followed by the dedication of the Life Celebration Theater from 6:10 – 6:20 p.m. Dedication of Life Celebration Theater.
