Easter In The Park Celebration Set For April 9; All Families Welcome

A special celebration will be held at the Holden City Park this spring!

Easter in the Park will be held on Saturday, April 9, from 2-4 p.m. at the city park.

It promises to be an exciting event for all families, with an Easter Egg Hunt and other fun activities.

After participating in the Easter Egg Hunt, children can enjoy a bounce house, and along with their families, participate in Easter egg decorating, games, and snacks will be provided for everyone.

The Easter Egg Hunt is limited to elementary-age children (ages 11 and under).

Everyone’s favorite rabbit – the Easter Bunny – has plans to stop by and visit with the children!

Search for all the treats that Wascically Wabbit left in the park!

The annual spring event is sponsored this year by Holden Parks & Rec, and they are partnering with Forward Community Church and New Life Fellowship Church to provide this FREE event to the community.

Organizers have set a rainout date of Saturday, April 16, from 2-4 p.m., in the event of inclement weather.

Don’t miss this family-friendly spring event that is held in celebration of this special Easter Season! Your Parks & Rec Dept., along with area churches, are excited to bring this free event to the community!

Make plans to attend and get into the Easter and Spring Season Spirit! All are welcome and invited to attend!
