Clearwater Solutions, Sunshine Request Taken Up By Holden BPW At Dec. 4 Meeting

Further progress concerning O&M’s probable successor and a Sunshine Law request were taken up at the Dec. 4 meeting of the Holden Board Of Public Works.

Succession Progress
Holden Water Supt. Tony Lerda, and O&M Enterprises, Inc. head, informed the board that representatives from Clearwater Solutions were to be in town the following Monday and Tuesday.

At that time, they were to be working on services to be provided and responsibilities in preparation of formal contract presentations.

During this time, they also were scheduled to interview O&M’s staff individually. Lerda noted if there was time, it would be helpful if they could sit down for a question-and-answer session with members of the BPW and the Holden City Council.
