R-III BOE Hears Reports, Approves Business Items At March Meeting
Reports and routine business items marked a relatively short agenda when the Holden R-III Board of Education held its monthly meeting Monday, March 3.
After approval of the consent agenda, it was noted March is School Board Appreciation Month. Board members were recognized for their service to the district and received handmade cards, banners, crafts and gifts from students and staff.

Following was a series of reports, the first given by W.I.N.G.S. Academy Director, Emily Brockhaus. She shared highlights of the academy, and three students were in attendance to give their experiences and success while attending the program.
Next was an Alternative Instruction Report, presented by Grant Guevel, HHS Principal.
