St. Patrick’s Day Festivities Set For Saturday

Holden’s St. Patrick’s Day festivities are set and ready to roll out this Saturday! They include the following:

Parade
The Holden Area Chamber Of Commerce will host the St. Patrick’s Day parade at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, March 15. It will take place after the annual “Follow The Yellow Brick Road/Pot O’ Gold” event in downtown Holden.
Those interested in joining the parade are asked to contact Teresa McCulloch at 816.718-9970. Line up for the parade will be at 3:00 p.m. at Tilden’s Quick Lube & Tire.

Irish Feast
Taking place from 4:30 – 8:00 p.m. will be the traditional meal of corned beef and cabbage with all the trimmings at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. In addition to the eats, there will be prizes, a silent auction, green beer and more!
