Meet The Clydes!
The Holden Saddle Club will be hosting its annual “Meet the Clydes” event again this year, Sunday, Oct. 13 at the Holden City Park Arena, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
This will be a great opportunity to see these magnificent animals up close and personal! The clydesdales are owned by Show-Me Clydesdales, Dawn and Ken Brennan.
Cost of the event will be $5.00 for individuals or $10.00 for families. Concessions will be available, and so they won’t be left out, feed for the horses as well!
As a plus, Jenkins Bear Creek Ranch will be at the event with their wagon and team of mules to give spectators a ride!
All of the proceeds will go to HOPE Outdoors.
The Hope outdoors central Missouri chapter is an outreach program ministering to individuals with special needs and medical illnesses through outdoor experiences. The chapter is headed by Randy Thornton, who can be reached at (816) 345-5178 for additional information.
