New R-III Board Takes Up Hefty Agenda At April Meeting

The newly-seated Holden R-III School Board hit the ground running as it faced a hefty agenda at its Thursday, April 8 meeting.

During approval of the consent agenda, a motion by Nathan Haun, and seconded by Matt Ferguson to add Samantha Judd to the substitute list was made. Motion carried 7-0. In addition, a motion by Bobby Zimmer, seconded by Alex Haun to add Patricia Ferguson to the substitute list also was made. Motion carried 6-0-1, with Matt Ferguson abstaining.
